We start with a brief discovery call to discuss your goals, audience, timeline, and brand identity. This helps us clarify the scope of the project and decide if we’re the right fit to move forward together.
Based on our conversation, I’ll create and send 2–3 sample slides to establish the overall look of your project and ensure we’re aligned on the creative direction.

After your feedback, I'll complete the design of the full deck. You’ll get a review version and can request up to 2 rounds of revisions before receiving the final, fully editable file.

Most projects take 7–14 business days to complete, depending on the deck’s size, complexity, and how quickly feedback is provided.
If you’re working with a specific deadline, feel free to mention it when reaching out and we can discuss a timeline that works.
Rush projects are limited and may incur an additional 50–100% fee.
You are welcome to send your content as an editable outline in Word or already in slide format. To ensure the best results, content should be finalized or near-final before the design phase begins.
For crisp visuals, please include high-resolution logos and brand assets (PNG, EPS, or AI). If you have a style guide, feel free to include it. If not, no worries, I’ll reference your website and social media to maintain brand consistency.
Pricing starts at $50 per slide for standard content. Complex or data heavy slides are quoted based on scope. Minimum project size is 10 slides.
Payment is split 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion. I will provide an invoice with bank transfer details for easy payment.
I will use brand photos you provide or carefully selected images that are free for commercial use. If you would like licensed stock images included, I’ll guide you through the options and confirm any associated costs beforehand.
Each project begins with 2 to 3 mock-up slides to ensure the creative direction matches your vision. I’ll only move forward with the rest of the deck once you are confident in the look and feel.
After the complete draft is delivered, up to 2 rounds of revisions are included.
Absolutely! The entire project will be made in Powerpoint, so all text will remain fully editable.

Slide animations and transitions are available upon request for an additional fee.
